First of all you don’t have a small cock. The global average is something like 5.5. The problem seems to be that guys have been duped into thinking anything less than 7 inches is small because most porn out there stars guys with bigger than average dicks.

Pills obviously don’t work. There is no possible way any pill can differentiate the genitals from any other part of the anatomy, and even if they could there is no mechanism for them to suddenly create tissue growth of a specific part of the body in a specific way for specific results. After decades of research and billions in investment we struggle to create any treatment able to specifically target cancer cells (which also target those cells all over the body, not one location) so why would anyone think a pill could have been developed in a back alley in China to be able to make a mans cock longer?

I have seen it claimed that a method called Jelquing actually works, but I have no experience of this myself. The science behind it is *somewhat* sound, involving manual manipulation of the penis over time to increase the capacity of the penis when becoming erect. This is kind of how penis pumps work also. The method might be different but the results seem to be similar. There are a lot of claims that these things work, but very little evidence seeing as there are no scientific studies to definitively prove it one way or another.

Penis pumps can give you immediate size gains, there’s no doubt about that. Something like the Bathmate (which I believe is safer and more effective than a s traditional pump) will give you a longer and thicker cock in the short term, that’s a certainty. However, there is no evidence that these things will lead to long term size gains. In all honesty, I would suggest finding happiness how you are.
