I’m not a medical professional at all, so please don’t take my words here as medical advice.

What I can say with confidence is that hydration is extremely important and a lot of people don’t drink enough water. This could be the reason you struggle to produce enough precum.

Of course, it could just be that you’re different. Some guys can shoot huge cum loads, other guys just spurt a little. The same can apply to precum. It might just be that your cock doesn’t produce that much because of a genetic thing.

Also, arousal is important. In my own experience if I’m thinking about masturbation or sex for an extended period I can produce a lot of pre. Maybe it would benefit you to explore edging and enjoy longer sessions of masturbation?

I would definitely start with hydration though. Plenty of water. 6-8 glasses a day is recommended. And maybe reduce your intake of things like coffee and other liquids which might affect your hydration in other ways.
