For is depending how busy I get. Sometime can be once a day, 5 times a day, 3 times a week, one time a week or once in few weeks. All depends how much time I have and I will be alone. I try to do at least once a week with my bate buddy. 

I'm a once a day kind of bloke - though if the horn gets me then more often! 

Depends greatly if honest,, typically once a day,, sometimes more sometimes less, my mind is always on the horn but getting the chance is often the issue. Have had a married wank mate for years but we have moved to Spain now so 3 yrs with no male wanking apart from the occasional online jerk- but that doesnt come anywhere close to sitting on the sofa next to a mate, can of beer, some porn and just whacking away!

Ideally I'd wank a couple times a day probably, but work and not being single means it's less than that. Try for daily though if I can. But also like to try and meet a wank buddy regularly so sometimes will hold.off for that.
