Q: How find group in my area?

I clicked on the map and only see 1 grp in my St Petersburg, FL. No link, and just about 8 or so Bate Buddy stickers….. So..

1) how do I learn IF this is active and.

2) who’s coordinator so I can join?

Thanks for submitting your question. I thought I would respond to it on the blog so that all readers can benefit from my reply.

The BuddyBate map is primarily for showing where BuddyBate stickers/pins/buttons/t-shirts have been sent to individuals seeking local guys in their area, but we do occasionally add confirmed bator groups that we know about under a different style of pin (red).

The events calendar and wank clubs pages are where organized groups are listed here.

There are active bator groups in all major towns and cities around the world, but not all of them are public. Sometimes it’s just a few local guys who get together to watch porn and enjoy their bate. The groups we know about and provide details for are the ones eager to find new members and grow their local community.

It’s important to remember that not everyone has the space for a larger group, so if five or ten guys meet in a private home for their “club” they’re unlikely to advertise their events for new members simply because they don’t have the space.

There most definitely are bator groups in your area, but they’re likely to be more discreet, less formal and rely on local connections to make contact.

I think using the BuddyBate buttons and stickers etc is the best way to achieve this, at least until someone there is willing or able to found a proper club able to accept new members.

In my experience, once you’ve found a couple of local guys interested in the same things it’s very easy to organically start a group of your own, or discover the groups that they are already involved with. This is often how formal and known groups come into existence, when several local bators discover each other and start to arrange group meetings among themselves, then another arrives, and another, until someone decides to give it a name and find a larger venue.

You could also make contact with your local adult venues (bathhouses, gay bars or adult theaters etc) and see if any are able to host such an event and advertise it to their existing customers.
