I have a lot of experiences but I’m just gonna give you a general look at what it’s like for me. I ain’t saying all other rugby lads are like this but this is just my experience.
I’ve been playing rugby since uni in the early ’00s and it’s all been pretty much the same when it comes to banter and lads having a good wank. I used to think it would probably be different later in life but if anything there’s more of it.
In uni a few of the lads on the team were down for a wank. Most of the time it was just quick tugs in the showers and a show off would spunk over the floor or something while the other lads laughed but sometimes I got to have a good mutual wank with another lad on the team in private. We never talked about it seriously and I think most of them were actually straight (I’m Bi now just not into fucking or sucking dick with guys, but I’ll wank a mate off and let a guy suck me) but it just wasn’t thought of as a big deal. I guess the guys I wanked with knew I was bi then but I never talked about it.
It hasn’t changed as I got older. I always get a stiffy in the showers but other guys do too. There’s a lot of laughs and a few gay jokes now and then but nothing serious. A few times I’ve been called out for a stiffy and I just give it a few wanks in their direction and usually another lad will be giving his a few tugs too. There’s never any hand jobs in the showers, it’s all just lads showing off and swinging their dicks around, sometimes a little bum slapping with a stiff one or something. I’ve hung back in the showers a few times to rub one out and a couple of the other guys have done the same. We just take care of business and see each other cum and then head down the pub with the other lads.

Basically it’s true from my experience that a lot of Rugby lads are pretty open about shit like this and it’s not a big deal. I wish more of the lads were open to giving each other a hand but I like the attitude and the freedom with the guys and just sharing a wank and watching another dick being satisfied is fun enough.
