The The Bate Escape Podcast – Why you should be listening

While we love sharing bator experiences, giving readers amazing stories and helping men to connect with other bators in the community with the BuddyBate button project, there’s a lot more out there to enjoy and debate when it comes to solosexuality, male openness, masculine friendship and healthy exploration.

Starting our own podcast was a dream of ours a few years ago, just when the medium was gaining popularity. Although we were never able to go through with that plan Ren Rodriguez – AKA: BeastlyBator – did.

The Bate Escape Podcast presents an honest and interesting look at male masturbation, covering topics as diverse as brotherhood and gooning to body dismorphia and the differences between bating with gay/bi and straight men, to name a few.

Ren regularly invites guests to speak about their own experiences of the bator community, solosexuality and connecting with other men in shared masturbation.

For his most recent episode he was joined by Canadian author Jason Armstrong to discuss solosexuality and the ‘religion of masturbation’. It’s a fascinating discussion and after listening to a couple of episodes I can say that the conversation often goes in some interesting and unexpected directions.

I’m going to have to dedicate some time to listening to all the episodes and catching up fully!

Our community is growing every day as more and more men learn to let go of outdated and unhealthy ideas surrounding sexuality, masturbation, the diversity of same-sex friendships and evolving notions of masculinity. With podcasts like The Bate Escape and insightful members of the community being open and honest about their own experiences, expectations and ideas of male sexuality our community can only grow stronger.
