I’m not receiving emails.

Unfortunately, some free services such as Yahoo or Gmail have a tendency to dictate what they think you should or shouldn’t receive. Please check spam folders, and please use options with your provider to whitelist the buddybate.com domain. Alternatively, we recommend investing in your own personal domain which will give you an email account that you have full control over. If you’re still not receiving emails and you’re sure it’s not a problem with your provider, please submit a help request.

I submitted an ID/Face pic but can’t sign in.

Please be patient. All submissions are manually processed to avoid sending any data to any third party. At busy times this can take a while. If you still cannot sign in after 48 hours please submit a request.

Images are still blurred even though I signed up.

Please make sure you are logged in by clicking here.

Once logged in visit your account: Forum > My Profile > Account. Check if the label “ConfirmedBator” exists under your avatar/username.

If “ConfirmedBator” is not there, but “Registered” is, you have a basic account that has not been age-confirmed.

If you have submitted an image for age-verification, then it was rejected. Please submit a clear selfie of yourself, or a photo of an appropriate ID. You may obscure irrelevant information if you wish.

For peace of mind and easy verification, a selfie with you holding a piece of paper with “BuddyBate” written on it is ideal.

NOTE: Images displayed on the main page and category pages will be censored by default for all viewers, this is because there is not a mechanism to deliver alternative “featured images” depending on user level. Adult images in posts are restricted to user levels.
