How to start a bator group in a small less than 5,000 town?

Thank you for your question.
In a town of 5,000, there are an estimated 187 guys aged 18+ seeking to share their masturbation with other guys.
This is based on the calculation we like to use to estimate local interest. 10% of 18+ male population.
This is possibly an underestimate also, as past research has shown that more than 30% of men would like to share masturbation with other men, they just can’t find the opportunities or the friendship dynamics.
It should also be noted that shared masturbation between men comes in many forms. Some guys just like the freedom of being naked and hard around each other, others like to swap hands and help a buddy out, and some love to frot their cocks together, share foreskin docking, or participate in circle jerks with groups of men.
The community is diverse, but the foundation is that a lot of men enjoy showing their cock, seeing other cocks being stroked, and enjoying the camaraderie of communal nudity and masturbation.
