For is depending how busy I get. Sometime can be once a day, 5 times a day, 3 times a week, one time a week or once in few weeks. All depends how much time I have and I will be alone. I try to do at least once a week with my bate buddy.

Depends greatly if honest,, typically once a day,, sometimes more sometimes less, my mind is always on the horn but getting the chance is often the issue. It’s rare I have the time/energy for more than once per day. Maybe once every few months I’ll have a multiple kind of day. But I also like edging a lot so few sessions are less than an hour.

In the recent hot weather I was up to twice a day,. Normally once every couple of days.
