Just wondering if anyone else in the UK is having problems with receiving email notifications. I am not getting any or in spam .also I know of one other who is not getting them .I have also mentioned to Brad .any ideas why it only happened since last week 

Hi Mark,

Just putting this here in the public space so everyone knows I'm investigating.

So far I haven't found much. When using a disposable email account for testing, I'm getting all appropriate alerts and messages from the site.

If anyone else is having similar issues, please drop a comment, as it might be specific to a service provider rather than BuddyBate.

You're both using the same email provider, which lends more credence to my belief that your provider is blocking emails from BuddyBate.

I think the solution is going to be found within your ISP/email settings, so I would recommend making sure your filters are appropriate, and that buddybate.com has been whitelisted.

I'll keep checking, though.

UPDATE:

We have found an issue with deliverability to gmail accounts, which we believe might also affect btinternet accounts.

We are working on a fix for this at the moment and will hopefully have this resolved by the end of the day.

I believe I found a setting in the back end (ooer) that might have gone a little funky.

Hopefully that's it now. 🙂

No problem at all! We all want the site to work, and a lot of things that can go wrong aren't immediately visible to me.
