I wrote a 5 Star Review on both Amazon and GoodReads.
Bateman’s Gully is one of those reads that pulls you in before you even realize it. Brad Smithson has a real gift for writing scenes that feel lived‑in — the banter, the heat, the playful tension between the guys — it all comes across so naturally that I genuinely felt like I was right there with them.
The pacing is tight, the characters are easy to enjoy, and the whole story has this effortless sense of fun. It’s the kind of book you pick up for a quick escape and end up smiling through because the energy is just that good.
If you enjoy stories where the chemistry feels real and the guys feel like people you could actually hang out with, this one delivers. I had a great time with it.
