I saw in the welcome post that there are no plans for direct messages, which is understandable. My question is: what is the best method for actually connecting through the personals? I can't imagine that posting email addresses and phone numbers in the personals is what is intended, so I'm confused how others have found success in going from the website to meeting in person.any tips are welcome! Thank you!

I find it easiest if youre the one who can host, often guys are all good until they need to host you. Even a hotel meet is easy and can be cheap. Pics on classifieds also help
