They do actually work, but they are only temporary. There is no evidence that cock pumping delivers permanent gains in either length or girth,
What they can do is give you more to play with temporarily, and they can also heighten the pleasure you experience while jerking off. There are things to consider, though. A lot of very cheap pumps are less effective, and you can very easily overdo things. You don’t want to get greedy and make your cock a bloated mess. That’s not attractive and it risks causing longer term damage.
But, if you’re just looking to make your cock a little longer and thicker for a good bate session with your friend maybe you could incorporate a good pump into your play sessions and share the experience?
